Children and adults with and without disabilities enjoy all Easter Seals Iowa Camp Sunnyside has to offer including canoeing, an animal farm, horseback riding, archery, nature trails, the Variety Club Rec Center, an accessible indoor pool and the Meredith Tree House. At night campers sleep in new, air conditioned lodges. Sessions are held at Camp Sunnyside for campers age four and older. Week-long and day camps are offered during the summer. Programs offered include Weekend Respite, Emergency Respite, Weeklong Overnight Resident Camp (Adults), Weeklong Overnight Resident Camp (Youth), Children’s Day Camp, and Teen and Young Adult Day Camp.

Community Service Options / RIM PUNS
The PUNS program is set up by the state of Illinois to provide services and supports to persons with developmental disabilities and their family members. Services can be accessed after completing a PUNS form and completing the interview process. Services provided include in-home support, respite care, life and work skills training programs, residential living arrangements, adaptive equipment, and any other needs that may be needed based on an individualized basis. The services are listed in a database for persons and families to access when care is needed.

Family Care Solutions is a locally owned home health care provider, based in Davenport, Iowa. Our Medicare/Medicaid and HCBS Waiver Certified agency provides the highest level of care and supports for children, adults, and their families. We strive to enhance the quality of life without the stress of interrupted routines and changes in daily habits. Custodial or non-skilled care and health services in nursing home setting or home health aide services for those who can't take care of themselves due to physical, emotional, or mental problems. 24-hour medical care as well as room, meals, activities, and some personal care.

We focus on creating fun, inclusive learning and recreational opportunities for children and young adults, which give their primary caregivers respite from their caregiving duties. Our programs range from integrated child care, to adaptive yoga classes, to a young adult volunteer program. Have Dreams is a Chicago-area nonprofit serving children, teens and adults impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Willowglen Academy - Illinois provides comprehensive services to individuals with multiple diagnoses including: autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, acquired brain injuries, simple and complicated seizure disorders, sight and hearing impairments.
